How to Qualify
Provide proof of military status or active service at the time of purchase with one of the following:
- Military ID card
- Leave and Earning Statement
- DD Form 214
Provide proof of first responder status at the time of purchase with either of the following:
- Police/Fire/EMS ID card
- Valid paystub
